Why? Some
issues are particularly sensitive because they involve
intense emotions or information that must be kept in utmost
confidence. You may want an objective outsider to defuse
the issue and to eliminate the possibility that it spreads
in your organization.
As

to intervene in difficult situations, and our personal and
professional ethics ensure the highest level of
confidentiality.
Examples include interpersonal conflict between people,

and their teams, impaired executives, etc.
